Gentle Hatha
Dates: 14 Tuesdays, from September 14th to December 14th, 2022
Time: 7 – 8:15 pm PST.
Cost: $200
Format: This gentle yoga series will focus on stretching, breath work, and guided meditation.  The emphasis will be on coming home to your body.  Classes will be offered over Zoom.

Yoga Nidra (Meditation)
Dates: 8 Wednesdays, from October 5th to November 23rd, 2022.
Time: 7 – 8:15 pm PST.
Cost: $200
Format: We will spend the 8 weeks slowly and incrementally building a deeper understanding of Yoga Nidra, working from body sensing, to breath, to emotions, to thoughts, all the way to awareness and joy. Classes will be offered over Zoom.
