Let’s face it, life can be stressful.  Sometimes we need help learning how to quiet our minds and our bodies so that we can find, and rest, in our own inherent stillness.

I strongly believe that yoga and meditation are two practices that can help build the resilience needed to face the stresses that come our way.  They are also powerful adjunct healing modalities that can support us as we work to heal from such challenges as chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and grief.  

I teach in community centres, church halls, yoga studios, addiction treatment facilities, workplaces, and private homes.  I offer inclusive and adaptive classes that emphasize gentle stretching, flexibility, and relaxation. I welcome all skill levels and provide appropriate modifications so that all bodies, all levels of experience, and all abilities can participate.
