Gentle Yoga
Dates: 12 Tuesdays, from January 9th to March 26th, 2024.
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Cost: $200
Format: This gentle yoga series will focus on stretching, breath work, and guided meditation. The emphasis, as always, will be on coming home to your body. Classes will be offered over Zoom.
iRest Yoga Nidra (Meditation)
Dates: 8 Wednesdays, from January 17th to March 13th (skipping February 14th), 2024.
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Cost: $220
Format: We will explore the practice of Yoga Nidra, working from body sensing, to breath, to emotions, to thoughts, all the way to awareness and joy. Classes will be offered over Zoom, and recordings of all meditations will be made available to you.
