Gentle Yoga
Dates: 14 Tuesdays, from September 12th to December 19th (skipping October 17th), 2023
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Cost: $225
Format: This gentle yoga series will focus on stretching, breath work, and guided meditation. The emphasis, as always, will be on coming home to your body. Classes will be offered over Zoom.
iRest Yoga Nidra (Meditation)
Dates: 8 Wednesdays, from Wed. October 13th to Wed. November 8th (skipping October 18th).
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Cost: $200
Format: We will explore the practice of Yoga Nidra, working from body sensing, to breath, to emotions, to thoughts, all the way to awareness and joy. Classes will be offered over Zoom, and recordings of all meditations will be made available to you.
