Hatha Yoga is the most widely practised form of yoga in the world. It combines postures and conscious breath-work to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. I teach a gentle style of Hatha Yoga, which is slower-paced and well-suited for beginners, those with health concerns, older bodies, or those who simply want a gentler practice.

iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided form of meditation that provides a supportive path into deep meditation. It was originally developed to help veterans with trauma. However, iRest proved so helpful with stress and anxiety that it is now offered in a range of settings, such as schools, correctional facilities, addiction treatment centres, cancer clinics, and yoga studios.
