Types of Classes Offered
​​I teach private and group yoga and meditation classes, both in-person and over Zoom. 
Hatha Yoga combines postures and conscious breath-work to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. I teach a gentle style of Hatha Yoga, which is slower-paced and well-suited for beginners, those with health concerns, older bodies, or those who simply want a gentler practice.
iRest® Yoga Nidra is a contemporary form of meditation adapted from the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra.  It is a guided form of meditation that can help you meet and greet each moment of your life with a sense of equanimity and balance, no matter what challenges you face. 
A dyad is a powerful one-on-one iRest co-meditation session in which the student is lead through a process of self-inquiry. Whatever arises is welcomed from a place of complete openness, and space can be created for insights to arise from your own true knowing.

Appropriate modifications are offered in every class so that all bodies, all levels of experience,
